Chef Steven is more than just a chef, he curates a whole culinary experience! My husband surprised me with a full weekend of catered meals by Chef Steven to celebrate the birth of our baby girl. It was so perfect because I couldn’t imagine trying to go to a nice restaurant with a newborn, and instead we felt like VIPs at a Michelin star restaurant that was in the comfort of our own home. Win/win! Chef Steven would introduce and explain each dish, all of which were beautifully plated and even more delicious. And I love that he sources everything local and mentions all the farms and producers that he works with. He even utilized herbs and veggies from our garden! The weekend was a one of a kind experience, and we enjoyed the leftovers heartily! I highly recommend that you treat ‘yo self (or someone else) to a magical evening (or weekend) with Chef Steven. You won’t be disappointed!

I've had the great fortune to travel and eat at well-known restaurants across the globe, but if you were to ask me to choose between the table of a Michelin-star restaurant or Chef Steven's, I'd choose Steven's table every time. His passion, creativity, and staunch support of blending local ingredients with his Puerto Rican roots is a mastery of art that's so rare to see. Compounded with the fact that he's a great guy to talk to and be around, he truly deserves all the 5-star reviews he's already received, with infinitely more to come. Chef Steven was fantastic. He cooked a 5 course dinner for us. Each course was beautifully presented and one course was more delicious than the one before. He’s a lovely guy and enjoyable to be around. We would give him 3 Michelin stars. We will definitely hire him again and again.
My friend has previously hired Steven to celebrate various events and hired him again for her birthday celebration. I was invited to join and was thrilled at the opportunity as I knew how highly she spoke of him. This was my first private chef experience and I don’t think it can be topped. Everything was plated so beautifully, including the various dishes. He described each dish, the source of the ingredients and inspiration behind it. It was incredible to hear the work that went into each dish. You can really see how much passion he puts into his work and how much he enjoys it. Steven, thank you for an absolutely memorable evening.
Steven was great! His operation was very well put together. I’ve never had a private chef experience before, and I was pleasantly blown away. The choice of dishes was sublime, and at the end we were the perfect amount of full.He uses local ingredients and is incredibly polite. Steven told us about each dish before serving, and the presentation was perfect. He is not limited to where we were (Colorado); he will travel to give you the best experience. 10/10 would recommend.

What's more ..my husband and I are plant based, and he not only created a stunning set of flavors collectively, but honored us with edited versions of these stunning works of culinary artistry!
