For ingredient sourcing, I look to our southern border and towards the western slopes. My ingredients are locally sourced from Regenerative & Sustainable Colorado Producers further south and out west in our North Fork, Western Slope, & San Luis Valley areas.

Chef Steven was absolutely amazing in every way! Yes, his food is amazing, but so is his technique and storytelling. Steven prepared an amazing meal for me and 8 friends and several came up to me after saying it was one of their top dining experiences ever. Chef Steven is also just a good guy and was great to work with as the host of the event. Would definitely definitely recommend to anyone looking to hire a private chef.
As a holiday celebration with co-workers and dear friends, I had the pleasure of experiencing chef Steven work his menu magic for all of us! What's more ..my husband and I are plant based, and he not only created a stunning set of flavors collectively, but honored us with edited versions of these stunning works of culinary artistry! Each unique dish was thoughtful, beautifully plated, expertly crafted....but above all, delicious! I highly recommend this experience!!

Having been a chef for 18+ years, with over a decade of international travel and experience in top-tier Michelin kitchens across the globe, I’ve trained across the planet learning how to prepare and source ingredients.
My cuisine directly supports local communities across Colorado and highlights what is local to the High Rockies. SOURCING DOES MATTER. The food is cleaner, more nutritious, and travels less (which creates less emissions and waste for the environment). This in turn makes my food web more sustainable. I purposely seek out and work with Regenerative Agriculture and Sustainable Farmers. The soil they use is alive and sparks health for future generations.
