Chef Steven is incredible! Our group availed the 5-Course and 7-Course + snacks package for two days, and we loved it! I particularly loved the thoughtfulness that goes into every dish he creates and that the food is locally sourced!

Having been a chef for 18+ years, with over a decade of international travel and experience in top-tier Michelin kitchens across the globe, I’ve trained across the planet learning how to prepare and source ingredients.
My cuisine directly supports local communities across Colorado and highlights what is local to the High Rockies. SOURCING DOES MATTER. The food is cleaner, more nutritious, and travels less (which creates less emissions and waste for the environment). This in turn makes my food web more sustainable. I purposely seek out and work with Regenerative Agriculture and Sustainable Farmers. The soil they use is alive and sparks health for future generations.
